SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All Slater Zorn orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey. We currently ship via UPS Ground ($10.00), UPS 3-Day Select ($15.00) and UPS 2nd Day Air ($25.00). Orders take one day to process and are shipped the business day following order placement (this applies to orders shipped via UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select and UPS 2nd Day Air). Unfortunately we cannot offer overnight shipping nor can we ship to PO boxes.
To keep the costs of the international shipping down we have chosen USPS (United States Postal Service) as our carrier. Unfortunately this method slows down the shipment process and most orders are delivered within 15-20 days. Duties and taxes vary by country, and customers are responsible for any customs or duties that may be assessed by their country when the package arrives. We do not accept responsibility for orders not accepted due to failure to pay duties and taxes.
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, Slater Zorn gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for a refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card and will include sales taxes if your order has been sent to a destination within the US. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on its processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
For international orders, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Slater Zorn. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
What To Include in Your Return
Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Please be sure to return items in the clear bags in which they arrived.
Returns should also be accompanied by the original packing slip when possible. If the original slip is unavailable, we'll issue a refund based on the current selling price. If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information with your return:
- Your name and billing address.
- The name, address and zip code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift.
- The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase.
- The order number and the product numbers of the returned items, if available.
Shipping Back Your Return
We prefer that items are returned to us using a shipping provider that issues a tracking number. Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned via a trackable method. Please ship your return to the address below:

Notification of Your Return
Customers will be notified via e-mail when the return has been processed and credited to the original purchaser's credit card. Please allow 10-14 days for the processing of your return.
